Your email is not group-chat gossip.

When you join the Tally, Ho! waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and the time and page placement associated with your signup.

How we use it

We use your email to manage the waitlist, send launch updates, and offer early access. SignalDock helps us manage waitlist leads and understand which pages and campaigns are useful. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated advertising.

Website analytics

SignalDock records pages viewed, referring pages, campaign parameters, browser information, an approximate location, and a pseudonymous session identifier. It does not store your raw IP address, and its browser tracking respects Do Not Track. When configured, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel records a completed waitlist submission for campaign measurement; it does not receive the email you enter, and it also respects Do Not Track. Merch storefront interaction events are limited to section, product, variant selection, cart, and checkout-start signals. They do not include email addresses, payment details, Fourthwall tokens, or full cart contents, and they respect Do Not Track.

Merch checkout

When the public merch storefront is configured, Fourthwall receives the information needed to display its catalog and manage the cart. If you complete a merch order, Fourthwall may send the order contact details, including a phone number when provided, to Tally, Ho! through a signed server webhook so we can maintain a merch-customer lead. We do not use that phone number for SMS marketing without separate consent. Fourthwall hosts checkout and processes merch orders under its own privacy and payment terms. Tally, Ho! does not collect payment details or process merch payments.

Support chat

If the support chat is available and you choose to use it, SignalDock stores the messages you send, your name, and an email address only if you choose to provide one. The chat is handled by people, not an AI agent. We use this information only to answer your support request and keep the conversation for up to 180 days.

Where it is stored

Waitlist records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage and in our private SignalDock lead system. Support-chat records are stored in SignalDock. Merch cart state is kept in the browser session and merch catalog/cart requests are proxied by the marketing site to Fourthwall. Vercel also hosts this website and may process normal technical request data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may ask us to remove your waitlist record at any time by emailing hello@tallyhoplans.com. Launch emails will include an unsubscribe option. For merch-order questions, use the contact and support options provided by Fourthwall at checkout.
