The organizer purchases the pass. Tally, Ho! records how the group plans to share that cost.
Book directly with the hotel, Airbnb, restaurant, or tour company, then keep the confirmation and cancellation details with that activity in Tally, Ho!.
Tally, Ho! tracks who marked money sent and who confirmed receiving it. It does not process participant reimbursements.
